Érika Kosinova Fóscolo is an undergraduate student in International Relations at PUC Minas. She is the financial director of the Immanuel Kant Academic Center, a member of the Prospective Scenarios research group at PUC Minas and is currently a research fellow at the INCT – Military Capabilities Observatory and Defense Politics scientific initiation program, responsible for the Defense and Security dimension of the Russia-Latin America Observatory (Ruslat).
