Emilly Eduarda Borges Silva is an undergraduate student of International Relations at PUC Minas. She works as a volunteer researcher at the Russia-Latin America Observatory (Ruslat) scientific initiation program. As a student, she has gained experience as a monitor at the Sérgio Vieira de Mello Chair, a partnership between PUC Minas and UNHCR, and as a member of the finance sub-council of the Immanuel Kant Academic Center. She has also contributed to articles for the International Affairs Blog, volunteered for over a year in the #tmjUNICEF project, and participated for four years in MINIONU, the largest inter-school UN simulation in Latin America. Additionally, she served as class representative for a year and a half before becoming the Student Representative for the International Relations program at the Coração Eucarístico campus.
