Daniela Vieira Secches coordinates and is one of the founders of the Russia-Latin America Observatory (Ruslat). She has a PhD in International Relations (IR) from the Pontifical Catholic University of Minas Gerais (PUC Minas). She earned her Master in Political Science from Masaryk University, Czech Republic, and holds undergraduate degrees in IR from PUC Minas and in Law from the Federal University of Minas Gerais (UFMG). She coordinates and teaches at the Undergraduate Program in IR, and is a permanent professor in the Graduate Program in IR at PUC Minas. She serves as a member of the Brazilian Association of International Relations directive board (ABRI, 2023-2025). Guilherme Stolle Paixão e Casarões is one of the founders of the Russia-Latin America Observatory (Ruslat). He has a PhD and a Master in Political Science from the University of São Paulo, a Master in International Relations from the State University of Campinas (San Tiago Dantas Program), a specialist diploma in History and Political Cultures from the Federal University of Minas Gerais, and a bachelor in International Relations from the Pontifical Catholic University of Minas Gerais. He is a professor at the Fundação Getulio Vargas School of Business Administration in São Paulo (FGV-EAESP) in the areas of Public Administration, Political Science and International Relations, where he served as Vice-Coordinator of the Graduate Program in Public Administration between 2017 and 2018. He also teaches at Professional Master Graduate Program in International Management (MPGI), at the same institution. He was visiting fellow at Tel Aviv University (2011) and Brandeis University (2015), and visiting associate at the University of Michigan (2019-2020). He is coordinator of the Extreme Right Observatory (OED). He has research and articles published in the areas of Brazilian Foreign Policy, Far Right and Religious Nationalism, Brazil-Middle East Relations and International Relations Theory.

Marinana Andrade e Barros is one of the founders of the Russia-Latin America Observatory (Ruslat). She holds a joint PhD in Public International Law from Université Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne and in International Relations from PUC Minas. She earned her Master in International Law from PUC Minas, and holds undergraduate degrees in International Relations from PUC Minas and in Law from the Federal University of Minas Gerais (UFMG). She is a Professor in International Relations at PUC Minas and teaches Law and International Relations at the Centro Universitário Una and UNI-BH. Her research focuses on international order, democracy, international organizations with an emphasis on Latin America, and paradiplomacy. Ana Clara do Nascimento é graduanda de Relações Internacionais pela PUC – Minas, atua como estagiária responsável do Observatório de Cooperação Internacional da PUC Minas e também é bolsista da FAPEMIG no projeto: “A inserção de países emergentes na exploração espacial: O impacto da dependência tecnológica nas novas dinâmicas do ambiente internacional durante os anos de 2010 a 2020”. Atuou como monitora no Blog Conjuntura Internacional (2024) e no Grupo Atlântico Sul (2022 – 2023) e, também fez parte do MINIONU como voluntária (2024).
