Lucas da Silva Borges is an undergraduate student in International Relations at PUC Minas. He was a monitor of International Economics from August 2021 to July 2022. He was a scientific initiation fellow in the project “Transnational Institutions, Use of Knowledge and Public Policies in Latin America: A Comparative Study” from October 2022 to August 2023. She spent a semester on exchange at the French university IÉSEG in Lille, representing PUC Minas. She is currently a FAPEMIG scholarship holder on the project “Between Ideas and Interests: A Comparative Study of the Forms of Action of Chatham House and the Council on Foreign Relations in the Face of the Ukrainian War”, with an article already published internationally. He was also the outstanding academic of the International Relations course at Praça da Liberdade (2/2023).
