Guilherme Martins Leite is an undergraduate student in International Relations at PUC Minas
Lourdes. He works as a volunteer research assistant at the Russia-Latin America Observatory
(Ruslat). He previously volunteered at the Observatory of International Cooperation (OCI), where he
assisted in maintaining the project’s database, creating posts about geopolitical news, and
participating in debates on contemporary international cooperation issues. He also volunteered for
the MiniONU project in the logistics sector. Currently, he is a volunteer at the Russia-Latin America
Observatory (Ruslat) and the International Institutions and Security Research Group (GPIIS). His
areas of interest are Cultural Relations, Political Relations, and International Security. His Lattes
