Ana Clara Oliveira Padilha is an undergraduate student in International Relations at the Pontifical
Catholic University of Minas Gerais (PUC Minas). She works as a volunteer researcher at the Russia
Latin America Observatory (Ruslat) scientific initiation program. She participated in the MINIONU
extension project in its 25th and 26th editions, working as a volunteer and later as an assistant
