Jarbas Souto Dufor holds a Master’s degree in International Relations from the Graduate Program in
International Relations at the Pontifical Catholic University of Minas Gerais (PUC Minas). He also
holds a specialization in International Law and a Bachelor’s degree in International Relations from the
same institution. He works as a volunteer researcher at the Russia-Latin America Observatory
(Ruslat). Currently, he is studying Eurasianism in Russian foreign policy and interstate relations in the
