The Russia-Latin America Observatory (Ruslat) aims to act as a reference center for the study of relations between Russia and Latin America in contemporary times. The project began its activities in 2023 at the Department of International Relations (PUC Minas). In 2024, Ruslat launches a database on economic, political, defense, national security and cultural interactions between Russia and Latin American states. The portal also contains research reports, reference lists and reporting news and events around the theme.
